Shinichi holds dual mission in the NTT Group, as the Group CISO and the CEO of NTT Security Holdings. Before joining the NTT Group in 2011, he had acquired 19-years of experience in technology and global business management through McKinsey. Prior to that, he served at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of the Japanese government for eight years. Since 2014, he has been leading group-wide security practices at NTT Holdings including global public advocacy and engagement developments. He is actively involved in cybersecurity thought leadership and engaging with security leaders across the globe.

Shinichi holds B.E. in Nuclear Engineering from University of Tokyo and Master of Public Policy from Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Taro Sekine serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NTT Security Holdings and as CEO of NTT Security Japan. He has been taking global executive roles at NTT Security group and has been a Japan business planning leader at NTT Security Japan since 2013. He has been with NTT group since 1993, leading a wide range of service development projects from business applications to TelcoTVs. He also has a varied background in HR development and management, sales engineering, and new product introduction at one of the largest Electronic Manufacturing Service companies in the US.

He holds a Master's degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Tokyo and a Sloan MSc degree in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.

Takahito Iguchi's career at NTT began in 1997, and he joined NTT Security 2016. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at NTT Security Holdings. He is responsible for overseeing a global and varied financial portfolio, leading a talented team of finance professionals, and working closely with the executive leadership to make data-driven decisions that optimize the company's financial performance.

Takahito was born in Fukuoka, Japan, has lived in London and now resides in Japan. He is a graduate of Keio University in Japan with a major in Economics.

Greg has been with NTT for over 10 years where he has focused on engineering and product development of their cybersecurity platforms, products, and services. Additionally, Greg has held various engineering and executive roles at companies such as Intuit, Cisco, Silver Lake Sumeru, Exodus Communication, Cybera, and several overseas technology startups and multinational technology companies.

He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of NTT Security Holdings.

Takeshi Chawanya has been with NTT since 2000 starting with NTT Communications, most recently in a role as Senior Vice President with NTT Security Japan, and now serves as Chief Administrative Officer for NTT Security Holdings. He has a strong background in planning, global strategy and IP networks, and carrier relations and wholesales. He is an accomplished and visionary leader with a distinguished career senior leadership roles. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the NTT organizations he has been a part of.

Hanna Jacobsson joined NTT Security Holdings as Head of HR in 2022. Before that Hanna held different leading local and global positions within HR and Internal Communications, mainly within the manufacturing industry. Hanna holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Örebro University in Sweden.

David has held multiple roles at NTT and is currently assigned to NTT Inc. Security and Trust Office (STO) and acts as CISO for NTT Security Holdings. He is a highly accomplished cybersecurity executive with over 17 years of experience in various roles across the industry, demonstrating a strong track record of strategic leadership, business development, and risk management.

As a bilingual (Arabic) professional with a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics from the University of Akron, David has also attended the NTT sponsored Global Leadership Development Program at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Fredrik Olsson joined NTT Security in January 2013 as an external consultant to work on the integration between NTT Security and Secode. He was shortly after appointed a permanent position of Director of Operations in the Nordics and then to the positions of Regional Director Nordics and Managing Director role for the legal entity in Sweden as well board member in Sweden and Norway. Fredrik brings to his current role as CEO of NTT Security Sweden a strong background in sales, consulting, finance and operations.

Fredrik has a degree in Finance and currently lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
